Seniority Level: Entry level Purpose of the Job To provide the most effective and timely response to all work requests utilizing all available resources and ensuring that high standards of delivery are consistently achieved through the successful creation and scheduling of achievable and realistic maintenance plans Main characteristics: (Challenges)  Ensuring that the maintenance plans for Production & Packaging are available and scheduled in timely order and are in accordance with departmental KPIs.  Carry out criticality analysis of Packaging and Production Equipment.  Create new PM routines, aligned with equipment criticality analyses and review existing PM routines for content, alignment & allotted time. Upgrade PM routines when and where necessary via SAP / Acadia  Engage fully with the Engineering stores to ensure that spare parts & stocks are aligned with PM requirements and criticality analysis.  Provide full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs  To fully participate in development initiatives for individual and team.  Practice effective communication and co-ordination site-wide Key dimensions: (Departmental KPIs and PIs)  Departmental targets & KPIs  Accurate scheduling procedure - adherence to resource and plant availability  SHE targets Key contacts: (internal - external)  Reliability Manager, Engineering Manager, Production Manager & Front Line Managers; Process Engineer; FP&A; Engineering Technicians; Quality SME; Packaging SME, Brewing SME; Procurement Manager  External Contractors; Engineering suppliers Accountabilities  Schedules internal and external resources, materials and services to ensure that all weekly maintenance plans are created in timely fashion and in accordance with departmental KPIs  Plan resources, material and 3rd Party services to complete requirements on a work order  Shares accountability in 'meeting and beating' the departments KPIs  Attends Maintenance and Production meetings as required by the schedule of meetings  Reviews work order accumulations and creates work orders from work requests  Ensures work orders are closed when completed  Ensures integrity and accuracy of the maintenance management system including equipment history, labour tracking and parts usage  Reviews completed work orders to identify follow-up work  Executes tasks as identified in the role's checklist  Develops PPM plans in collaboration with Production & Maintenance front line management VACANCY TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE PLANNER ENFIELD  Attends and leads maintenance planning and scheduling meetings where appropriate  Stages material for planned work  Co-ordinates and communicates appropriate safety precautions including internal and external risk assessments, work permits if needed  Responsible for ensuring that, for new equipment, the necessary criticality assessments, maintenance routines and spare parts are set up within the CMMS system (SAP / ERP)  Actively seek feedback and monitor progress against plans, monitor and follow up on PM reviews working closely with the reliability team Experience  Experience of working to targets, KPIs  Experience of CMMS systems, ideally SAP  Experience working within maintenance dept (or comparable technical services dept)  Ability to adapt to, and embrace, change.  Good knowledge of manufacturing & engineering principles, tools and techniques  Good record of working successfully to tight timelines and budgets Technical competencies: (Job related)  Thorough technical knowledge of the Brewing and/or Packaging process  Strong organization skills; adheres to deadlines  Data collection  Stakeholder management  Good analytical and problem solving skills  Computer skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc);  Good telephone skills  Flexibility  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills  Good listener, with the ability to gain rapport and trust across all levels  Strong influencer, able to challenge management and staff where appropriate  Dynamic, someone who will walk the floor and talk openly to staff  Results focused, and with a strong attention to detail  Excellent team player, able to develop strong relationships with colleagues and peers  Able to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
