Attribution Search are working with a top tier London headquartered Hedge Fund who are looking to add additional headcount to their Investor Relations team. Working in tandem with the desk and facing off to Investors the positions responsibilities include: Acting as a point of contact with the funds’ Administrators on subscription and redemption activity and associated bookings within our internal books and records. Liaising with operations and fund accounting teams for share class currency hedging and investor related payments such as fee rebates and sales commissions. Pro-actively working to improve our processes and reporting through automation, liaising with internal IT team to oversee associated development projects. The preparation and circulation of investor reporting, liaising with investment teams and internal middle office, risk, legal and fund accounting teams to provide accurate and timely information to investors. Responsibility for maintaining accurate fund performance data internally and across multiple investor platforms. The fund prides itself on its progressive environment and the role has scope to develop into other Investor Relations areas. They are looking for an individual with 2 years in a similar function at an Investment Bank or Institutional Asset Manager. You must be comfortable working with Powerpoint and other software to prepare and update marketing materials.
