London, United Kingdom Permanent contract Finance The responsibilities of the Head of ALM and Liquidity framework are to: · Oversee and organize the ILAAP process with the goal of fulfilling regulatory expectations within imposed deadlines. · Maintain the Liquidity Contingency Plan document and organize the dry run at least every year. · Maintain the Recovery and Resolution Plan document and organize the dry run at least every year. · Ensure the annual review of all the policies owned by the department. · Work in close collaboration with the UK CLO to ensure the appropriate preparation of interactions with regulators, supervisors, Exco and Boards. · Oversee the daily/monthly reporting of the structural risks and liquidity risk of the balance sheet, analyse and explain the ALM indicators (NPV, IRRBB, NIM, GAP…); · Monitor the ALM indicators versus granted limits and propose adequate actions to prevent any limit breached to ensure compliant with the ALM management framework; · Designing model for liquidity stress tests · Contribute to the ICAAP through the capital projection modelling · Review ALM models and indicators limits in annual basis and validation with Head-office; · Be in charge of FTP/CTP methodology definition and calibration to adapt to commercial strategy and in synch with SG Group principles, and participate the pricing committees; · Monitor and analyse funding needs and treasury position, anticipate liquidity capacity by participating to analysis of new investment product and new business models and by realizing simulations. · Be the secretary GBIS UK ALCOs; · Exercise the Capital management, propose capital investment. · Support Treasury activities for liquidity management and ad-hoc ALM related requests · Participate to project work as required for the contribution to SG Group projects or UK centric projects · Keep an updated view on UK regulation requirements and support the business lines in regulatory environment changes or any relevant needs; · UK ALM team management, ensure the team performance by providing leadership, direction, advice and guidance to the team, and maintain staff competence · Strong knowledge of ALM (structural risks and liquidity risk, ALM indicators); · Knowledge of balance sheet modelling; · Knowledge of Treasury (structure, functions, profit planning and growth) and financial product and hedging; · Knowledge of funding (FTP/CTP methodology) and capital management; · Analytical and numerical skills; · Knowledge of PRA, FCA and ECB regulatory framework applicable to structural risks and liquidity risk and the firm’s underlying business (investment bank, securities, private bank); · Knowledge of market practices in dealing and market risk metrics; · Organisation skills · Team management skills; · Team spirit and collaboration, ability to work with different departments (Finance, Risk, Business Units, Markets…) locally in UK and Head-office; · Good written and oral communication skills · Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
