A Superior degree on Economics or Accounting & Finance is requested as well as some experience on global markets area. Knowledge in the execution and transformation of processes and use of the different programs that we use in our day to day, such as Murex, Bloomberg, 4sight, JBPM, ECON is highly valuable. C1/C2 level of English, Spanish will be a plus. Detail oriented. Communicative skills. Ability to prioritize. Teamwork. Overview About the role Support the GM Sales & Trading Desks on any delegated activity. Control on the booking of deals in the bank tools, managing dividends and corporate actions for the trading desk, executing daily trigger events on equity derivative products. Very important the development of internal tools to automate daily tasks. Further activity may also include reconciliations and monitoring of portfolios to ensure trades are correct in all Front office Systems. The Delegated Functions team operates a key role within the front office as an expert in achieving operational excellence. While targeting to grow substantially the Equity activity it can only happen if a solid team manages, operates, and controls the entry and lifecycle of the operations executed by traders and sales. The team will be primarily responsible for the entry of the new trades and all the operations related to such lifecycle processes. This being in close relationship with Trading/SalesTrading/Sales in FO but also with BO. It will also be at the forefront of the digitalization and automation of those tasks to enable growing volume and reduce operational risk. Responsabilities Booking primary and secondary markets. Increase/decrease of nominal before and after issue date. Full booking and inventory as well as primary bonds tickets. Monitor and detect corporate (as splits, mergers, spin-off, extraordinary dividends, etc.) and operative (as the options and futures quarterly expirations) events that could impact the equity trading positions and products. Focus on notifying any market events to the different GM teams, assisting them in making the required product/ position adjustments if required. Assist in making Trading and Sales GM processes more efficient. Report to the in-line manager on an ad-hoc and periodic basis. Utilize JBPM to ensure invoices were uploaded promptly, resulting in timely client payments. Thoroughly reviewed and updated term sheets to ensure accuracy before sharing them with clients. Proficiently use ECON to facilitate secondary deals for clients aiming to unwind or increase their position in deals, including TAP. Effectively used Quotepad to price and secure primary deals for clients. Produce detailed Excel reports summarizing client feedback and assessing profit and loss. Booking of warrants issued by BBVA Mexico (including lifecycle). Amortization of bond with position in our own books.
