The firm expect to launch with a strong AUM, targeting rapid growth towards being a multi-billion dollar business. The CIO is a big name in the credit space, having recently span out as a senior figure at a major global credit business. We are looking to hire a COO who has strong, relevant experience, who is presentable, a problem solver and somebody happy to run a stand-alone non-investment remit until the fund builds out. The COO would need to be comfortable dealing with fund administrators, handling compliance, company accounts, the trade booking process etc. At the same time, this is a strategic COO role, working with the CIO to build out the business. Candidates must have a specialist credit background. Given the nature of the role, we can consider established COO’s, or a HOO to step up. Whilst the role will not offer day 1 equity, a successful COO will achieve a significant equity component within 12-24months.
