Senior Trade Support - Hedge Fund Multi-billion-dollar asset management firm with global offices. Extremely exciting time to join a growing fast paced Hedge fund. What you’ll do: Support Middle Office functions for multiple trading strategies Ensure all Trades are received and processed into Front End system Review trade strategy reconciliations between internal order entry system and Front-End system Review daily breaks and fails Procedure documentation Perform mandatory daily functions of: Understand trading P/L calculation within Portfolio Management System (PMS) and general ledger Perform trade corrections Interact with all executing brokers to assist in trade settlement resolution Assist PM’s/Traders in various research projects Compliance monitoring – short sales and locate approval Qualifications: At least 5-8 years of experience in financial services area in support of trading Exposure to various financial products i.e. Equities and Equity Swap, Convertible and Corp Bonds, listed securities 4-year Bachelor's Degree Adaptability in fast growing environment Must be able to take initiative and facilitate various needs to various portfolio managers High level communication skills, both verbal and written Proficiency in dealing with a variety of computer systems (Eze Castle, VPM, Bloomberg, Microsoft Excel, CTM, Traiana)
