The team you'll be working with: Our Banking team work with banking companies to ensure that customer-centric experiences are at the forefront of the decision-making process. We help clients with new ways to think about the customer experience and product design with our range of next generation customer-centric banking solutions, ensuring those important, long-lasting customer relationships are solidified. You can find out more details about our Banking team here What you'll be doing: Supporting the end users (traders and sales) on there daily activities in Murex, Right Angle and others internal applications. Analysing and understanding their issues, answer any functional question about the use of the applications and recommending the best practices using them. When a development is required you'll raise a ticket with all the details for the 2nd line support who will be in charge of the development. Ensuring all the technical procedures are completed during the day and before the End Of Day. What experience you'll bring: Understanding of the capital markets and the activity of their institutions and agents Understanding of financial instruments (Money Market, Bonds, swaps, futures, options) Technical knowledge: Excel and SQL any other programming language (python, java, C++) is a plus Autonomous, rigorous, accurate, good capacity to analyse and to summarise Excellent communication (oral and written) with the end users and the development team To be able to report and escalate to the senior management Ability to work as a team member and individually Who we are: We're a business with a global reach that empowers local teams, and we undertake hugely exciting work that is genuinely changing the world.
