These fantastic Investment Operations Analyst positions, require a minimum of 1-3 years financial services operations experience to join our clients small, yet collaborative and supportive Front Office team within an operation's capacity. Our client's investment team is at the forefront of the market, dedicated to delivering excellence and sustainability across a wide range of asset classes, from vanilla bonds to hedge funds, private markets to direct property. You will work as part of the middle office operations oversight team sitting with and supporting the Front Office. This role works close with industry leaders, gaining valuable experience, and contributing to strategic change projects as you develop your skills and experience. In this role, you will have oversight responsibilities for third-party administration, data, and external fund management. Your daily tasks will include instructing trades, managing cash, maintaining data accuracy, and investigating and resolving issues within the order management system and with third-party administrators, to name just a few responsibilities. To be considered, candidates must have a minimum of 1-3 years investment operations experience, such as trade processing, trade settlement, operations oversight, fund operations, or fund administration. A degree in a financial or mathematical discipline is also required.
