Software Developer Intern

Internship Overview

Get hands-on training in ground-breaking technology. Work with the Graph Database team to design a database as a solution to pertinent issues in contemporary society that involve highly-connected data. Although relational databases are a fundamental technology in the world of data, we work to answer questions that relational databases simply are not built for. TIBCO Graph DB is a true relational database, which can provide better, faster solutions in the age where data resembles a web of information, rather than a flat table of data. Get involved and gain knowledge in graph database technology!

What You'll Do

• Collaborating with team of interns and mentors daily to design and implement our solution

• Coding in Python and/or Java

• Customize a user-facing interface

• Testing and QA - make recommendations or find improvements that could be made in our product

• Create a final presentation of your solution for our team

Who You Are

• Pursuing a BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Data Science

• Enthusiastic to work with unfamiliar technologies

• An excellent communicator, and happy to work closely with a small team

• Some experience in Python and/or Java, and classroom experience with basic data structures
