Key skills and experience: Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of experience in client services within asset management or investment management industries. Applicants must hold at least a 2:1 degree in a finance or business-related discipline. Demonstrated proficiency in numerical skills, including the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively, is essential. The capacity to collaborate effectively within a team while also being self-sufficient is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Strong organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail are highly valued. Fluent in French, German or Swedish would be beneficial. Key Responsibilities: Swiftly and accurately resolving email and telephone inquiries from clients regarding their requirements. Ensuring all client queries are addressed to an exceptionally high standard, meeting or exceeding client expectations. Taking ownership of ongoing and intricate inquiries, coordinating with various internal departments to ensure timely completion and closure of client-related actions. Dispatching email alerts to clients, accompanied by relevant supporting documentation. Handling ad hoc administration requests from clients in adherence to predefined Service Level Agreements. Coordinating and actively participating in client meetings and service review discussions. Initiating and leading regular conference calls with allocated clients, maintaining a record of all actions and minutes from these calls. Coordinating client onboarding/conversions and providing assistance with client testing as needed. Establishing and nurturing effective and professional working relationships with the client base, consistently delivering a world-class service. Staying informed about local market updates, changes in regulation, and market practices, and sharing knowledge with clients and internal staff as applicable. Full participation as a team member within the Client Service team, actively sharing knowledge and ideas to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery. May perform other duties or responsibilities as needed or assigned by the team leader.
