Senior Analyst (Quantitative) Salary: £37,694 (National Framework) or £42,863 (London Framework if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25). There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £529 per annum for those working from home. What you will bring To be considered as a Senior Analyst, you will need: - Experience of leading teams and applying a range of methods to analyse data and synthesise findings - Experience in reconciling conflicting views and articulating coherent rationales for action - Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams - Expert knowledge of quantitative analysis - Basic knowledge of qualitative analysis - A strong understanding of best practice data-modelling patterns and standards - The ability to manage data including data cleansing structuring for analysis - The ability to understand stakeholder needs and manage expectations - The ability to influence at all levels on the use of data and insight - The ability to tailor data communication and visualisation for a range of audiences Experience of working with record-level health and care data sets would be highly advantageous, as would knowledge of the health and care sectors. What youll be doing As a Senior Analyst, you will provide actionable data analysis and insights to support decision making within our Analytic Content, Strategic Insight and Operational Insight functions. Specifically, youll lead a team in the analysis of data and will be involved in collecting data sets, selecting analytical methodologies and cleansing and preparing data for analysis. Working with a range of stakeholders, youll provide clear and engaging reporting on data and results, using narrative and visualisation to create insights to support decision making.
