Securities Transfer Analyst (Wealth Management Operations) We're looking for an Analyst to join our Securities Transfer team responsible for all free of payment transfer of all types of securities, funds and private assets. You will have some previous experience and will work independently under the supervision of Lead Analysts. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on meeting tight deadlines. A strong interest in learning and harnessing technology will help you with your role in the organisation. That's home to our operational teams, product reporting and operational oversight for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. What you'll do • Responsible for all free of payment securities transfers (Shares, Bonds, Exchange Traded Funds, Options, Mutuals, Hedge funds, and Private Equities); • Register and deregister Swiss Registered Shares at the Swiss Share Registrars and reconciliation of Share Register records against T24 and Registration Database • Investigate and validate if securities can be accepted (Stock Checks); • Monitor and troubleshoot unsettled transfers as well as independently resolve securities transfers related enquiries; • Realign securities between custodians or different accounts held with Custodians and Transfer Agents; • Issue documents for Investment fund transfers and for openings new relations with transfer agents; • Manage client and stakeholder queries pro-actively, liaising with external and internal partners with particular focus on quality and timeliness of communication; • Utilise department controls and procedures honestly and effectively, taking steps to escalate potential problems before they become risks; • Suggest, explore and help to implement ideas to save time and cost, reduce risk and improve service quality; • Collaborate with others to help build a positive and supportive working environment; • Work through high volumes, prioritise, and manage workload according to risk or deadlines; • Contribute to department and Company initiatives and projects. The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need • Prior experience in Securities Transfer; • Strong aptitudes for numeracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced office environment; • Good at analysing and solving problem with a strong handle on operational risk; • Proficient in basic software notably Excel.
