Job Description Job Summary: As a Cash & Liquidity Product Manager (Analyst/Associate) in our Product Optimisation and Strategy tea, you will be assisting with the delivery of the strategic agenda globally, managing relationships with stakeholders across Cash and Liquidity, and executing on senior management objectives within Securities Services. The Securities Services business manages over $200bn in cash liability balances related to assets under custody from the world's largest asset managers and asset owners. The Cash and Liquidity Product Optimisation and Strategy Team is structured across three pillars to support our transformation journey: (i) intraday liquidity / credit product optimisation, (ii) digital asset strategy, and (iii) data and analytics. You will be part of a team responsible for the first two pillars exploring and delivering opportunities to improve client experience and internal operational efficiencies relating to intraday liquidity / credit management globally, as well as participating in the digital asset strategy for the Cash and Liquidity businesses. You will have direct exposure to each of the Product teams as well as be in partnership with colleagues across J.P. Morgan including JPM Payments, JPM Coin / Onyx, Credit Risk, and Transaction Approval Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a complex, challenging, and changing environment at one of the world's leading custodians. In particular, the team is positioning the Cash and Liquidity products for future growth, as our scope of optimisation broadens to external factors in dealing with the evolution of the business landscape in the next 3-5 years. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the intraday liquidity product management agenda for Securities Services, partnering with Credit Risk, Credit Risk Middle Office, and Transaction Approval Group Partner with client-facing stakeholders (Client Solutions, Client Service, Sales) on client-related issues / queries relating to intraday liquidity Manage data and analytics programs relating to intraday liquidity, including partnering with Tech and Quantitative Research teams on enhancing our analytics tools Support the formulation and articulation of product strategies across the Cash and Liquidity business Develop a thought leadership mind-set to drive business responses to emerging business impacts and technologies - e.g. central bank digital currencies, solutions leveraging JPM Coin Participate in or lead regional and global forums to provide updates on the Product Optimisation and Strategy agenda Develop an ability to serve as a subject matter expert and be the team representative for product-related matters within the region and globally Assist the wider Cash and Liquidity team on ad hoc programs or management requests relating to deposit management and balance sheet management Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills The successful candidate will be an Analyst / Associate who has had (or wants to have) exposure to Product stakeholders. Strong communication and ability to influence stakeholders / senior management Ability to articulate and present complex ideas and analytics in a succinct way Willingness to think strategically and tactically, and distinguish between the two Ability to identify market trends and come up with ideas explaining underlying drivers Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills Ability to perform independently as well as in a team environment, working across time zones and geographies Openness to new tasks / programs / subject matters Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Prior conceptual / technical knowledge of cash, FX, liquidity, digital asset topics are beneficial but not essential.
