A multi-billion dollar AUM, high performing, prestigious hedge fund are looking to hire a regulatory operations analyst as a key part of a build out for its London HQ. The new regulatory operations function sits in finance / operations, with exposure directly across the business, to senior heads and investment professionals - this is the team head’s first hire. In addition to core regulatory operations BAU, project work forms a strong part of the role - this can focus on process improvements / infrastructure development for the remit you cover, or more broadly it can be ad-hoc project work (for business heads) that you take ownership of. Candidates should ideally have roughly 2-6yrs experience in regulatory operations, traditional operations / trade support or PB / clearing teams. We are looking to hire somebody that is ambitious and would like to progress within the firm – our client are one of the most progressive firms on the street. From this role, internal moves into other areas of operations, trading assistant, risk or compliance roles are plausible. The role can offer a strong increase on an individual’s current base salary and a guaranteed year one £100-150k total comp package (a top performer should expect the top end)
