As a Junior Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining an Order Management System, performing portfolio reconciliations, providing trading support, managing external lending business, and assisting with various back and middle office processes. They specialise in managing and advising on a diverse investment portfolio, including equities, hedge funds, fixed income, private equity, property, derivatives, and alternative lending. Description 1-2 years of experience in an Ops-related role within the financial services industry, or a relevant degree in finance, economics, or accounting. Attention to detail and strong team collaboration skills. Effective written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Understanding of trading concepts. Willingness to learn and adapt. Profile The successful candidate will have experience as a junior operations analyst or a similar role within financial services/asset management.
