Position Overview:

The Financial Analyst handles Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) responsibilities for ecoATM’s growing business. This position will play an integral role in driving company margin and cost discipline efforts as the business scales. This position will be a key business partner for various functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as key, front-line business partner for Kiosk Operations, Engineering and CorpIT
  • Responsible for preparing, monitoring and analyzing various financial reports, leading indicators, and KPI’s
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting services group on monthly financial close
  • Support on forecast updates and drive annual operating plan development
  • Synthesize actual vs. budget variances to understand gross margin and EBITDA implications
  • Provide financial oversight and leadership for the business, sharing insights through monthly/quarterly reporting in close collaboration with accounting
  • Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of backend tools, processes and systems
  • Recommend cost saving or profit generating opportunities and profitability improvement strategies
  • Focuses on tracking and communicating budget and spend expectations and progress
  • Assist with various ad hoc business analysis to support business needs

Education & Experience

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related discipline is required. MBA preferred.
  • 3-5 years progressive experience working in finance, strategy, and/or related functions
  • Experience with Fixed Asset planning a plus
  • Experience with Anaplan of other financial planning tools is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle or other ERP tools is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Tableau or other BI tools a plus

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Expert in preparing detailed financial models using Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Experience with forecasting, risk profiling, or simulation tools a plus

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to create influential decision-making presentations in PowerPoint a must

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
