Description

he IT Database Administrator position is responsible for managing and supporting the company?s Data Warehouse, including data integrations with various source systems such as Aspire, LeasePlus, Salesforce.com, and Great Plains, and data reporting via Tableau, SSRS, and Crystal Reports. Key areas of responsibility include data warehouse development, report creation, data quality improvements, database monitoring, and database administration and automation.

Educational and experience requirements include:

  • 3+ years of database administration experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS SQL server administration and development
  • Solid experience with and knowledge of data warehouse and data mart concepts, including Star Schema
  • Microsoft Database Administrator and/or Developer certification
  • Financial Services experience
  • Experience in data analytics, data mining and visualizatio
  • Entrepreneurial, forward-thinking mindset and motivation to contribute to the organizational growth
  • Strong business acumen, ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders across the company
