For more information visit www.marex.com Role Summary The Graduate Business Administration Analyst is responsible for assisting with the procurement of good and services, budget control and forecasts, invoicing, administration, and market data functions of the business. A strong desire to learn and be curious, with eagerness to get involved with the various businesses, understanding their requirements, and helping in facilitating the sourcing and delivery. Must be articulate both verbally and in writing. To be successful in the role you will build relationships internally and externally with suppliers, vendors and stock exchanges. You will be processes driven and also analytical in determining better efficiencies. The Administration and Procurement, together with the Market Data Department has close ties with all the businesses and IT to ensure that Marex sources the right goods, services and data and maintains controls and permissions around distribution and apportions costs. Also maintains close relationships with exchanges and other suppliers. Overall Responsibilities Assist with procurement of goods and services Assist with budget control and forecast preparation Coding of invoices Assisting with cost allocation and aiding the business to track invoices against POs and contracts Control the supplier onboarding process and assist with initiatives to enhance and improve processes Liaise effectively with business stakeholders regarding budgets, costs, allocations, and supplier contracts Work with various Marex businesses to understand their requirements and use of market data Understand and document the use of market data within the organisation. Provide internal cost tracking and allocation to ensure the fair payment of costs per business are Manage upcoming contract renewals and making sure businesses know about and approve contract renewals Work with stakeholders to maximise the value of Marex data Educate stakeholders and all employees on the correct use and compliance of market data Track contracts with Market Data vendors and exchanges to deliver best value to Marex group. Remain up to date with new trends and best practice to keep Marex up to date with industry direction and best practice Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the [FCA, NFA, AMF, AFM, MAS - DELETE OR ADD AS APPROPRIATE].
