Description for Internal Candidates The analyst will be using the following: SAS, SQL, MS Office or equivalent reporting tools to assist the business in meeting operational objectives. This role will be working with Program/Marketing managers to gather business requirements and will create program specifications that will capture the overall flow and details of the campaign. The analyst will follow standard procedures set by the line of business to ensure audit/reports are compliant with process adherence. Job Responsibilities Design and develop SAS/SQL code to define populations for campaigns. Collaborate with business partners by leveraging analytics and data insights for marketing strategy. Manage attribute logic and research new data elements for targeting. Produce data validations on campaign populations to ensure marketing requirements are met. Identify correlations and trends in data, and communicate impacts that could affect results of the campaign. Participate in quality code reviews and identify issues and errors for correction or improvement. Identify and implement ideas for global process improvements to increase department efficiency. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Bachelor degree with 2 years of the below technical experience or Master's degree with 1-3 years of experience. Degree concentration in relevant fields (Computer Science, Technology Management, Statistics or Math) required. Coding in SAS or any programming language. Experience with SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, Teradata. Experience with other programming languages (e.g.,VB, VBA, Java, Perl, Python, C++, Unix shell scripting) is a plus Relocation is not offered/supported for this role.
