The Junior Operations Analyst position will support the daily operations of the secured external lending business. The role requires supporting Senior Operations Analysts in addition to assisting Portfolio Managers. Client Details The client is a private investment office providing comprehensive management and advisory services across a diverse investment base, including equities, hedge funds, fixed income, private equity, property, derivatives, and alternative lending. They are looking for a Junior Operations Analyst to bolster their operations department and assist with improving the efficiency of processes. Description Daily running of secured external lending business through online service portal. Monitoring and administrating daily cashflows. Managing and improving client relationships. Own daily maintenance of an Order Management System (OMS). Identifying and implementing process improvements by utilising new efficient workflows for the benefit of all investment strategies. Performing and communicating portfolio reconciliations for Portfolio Managers and the wider investment team. Providing trading support for Senior Analysts. Including but not limited to; booking, counterparty (CP) flow management, settlement and pre / post trade reporting (internally / externally). Profile The successful candidate comes from a background in financial services or accountancy, has a strong desire to learn new information and is driven.
