Role Summary Capital Economics is seeking a Junior Salesforce Data Entry Specialist to join our team for six months. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our Salesforce system. You will collaborate with the Sales, Tech and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data entered, as well as assist in the maintenance and organization of the Salesforce database. Responsibilities: Perform accurate and efficient data entry into our Salesforce system. Collaborate with teams to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the data. Assist in the maintenance and organization of the Salesforce database. Identify and address any data entry errors or discrepancies. Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry. Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed. Requirements High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Prior experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus.
